Through marketing and 360° campaigns, I led a rebranding of the company as an employer to attract a more diverse workforce. This resulted in the share of female applicants increasing from 5% to 25%. I revamped the company’s marketing materials from inception to completion, encompassing photography, interviews, content creation, and final artwork, while adhering to stringent budget constraints. These efforts were instrumental in the internal rebranding initiative aimed at attracting a more diverse workforce, including fresh graduates and female engineers, through impactful visual communication designs tailored to captivate the target audience.
